Exploring Philadelphia

With 5  hungry indecisive people, who have no experience with Philly’s restaurants, makes for one huge debate. David on his Urban Spoon app, I’m on google, and Jorge trying to be “logical” with reviews; we ended up in Race Street Cafe which wasn’t much of a cafe at all. It was more like a Pub – not exactly the place you go to for lunch. We lasted 5 minutes before we all agreed that Race Street Cafe wasn’t a place for us to eat.

We decided just to walk around until we found a place we all agreed on. Thankfully we were blessed with gorgeous weather; the cool breeze, orange dancing leaves, and mosquito-less atmosphere made it the true fall experience. After a few detours and nagging David about his bad sense of direction, we eventually ended up at LaScala, a phenomenal Italian restaurant.

Although it took me 5 months to explore Philly. I’m grateful I waited. It wouldn’t have been as fun if it wasn’t for my friends. Next day trip, The Franklin Fountain!

Thank you for visiting!

I am so glad you came across my journal! I believe in creating images that will always fill your heart with joy. Every flower, every detail, and every person deserves to be photographed with just as much intention as it was crafted to be.
