Her smile was permanent. Even if the fact that Uber was late picking her up from the Andaz Hotel, nothing could possible go wrong on this day. She was going to marry the man of her life. The man who stole her very breath when she first laid eyes on. And the same man whose first kiss told her all she needed to know, he’s her person.

It’s amazing how if you stop in the middle of a side walk of New York, you can barely process all the things happening around you. Everywhere you looked people rushed to their next location, taxi drivers dominated the streets, and you can hear some man yelling about tickets he has for some comedy show. This was New York. The hustle and the bustle doesn’t stop for any one. With all the crazy happenings of New York City, on the 7th floor of the Andaz Hotel, Cynthia and her bridesmaids were getting ready for what will be Cynthia’s best (of many) days of her life. And with just two floors separating them, Joseph was finishing up on last minute touch-ups before meeting his soon to be Bride at the Church of St. Michael.

As hectic as New York is, nothing about Joseph and Cynthia’s wedding was hectic. It was beautiful, peaceful, and joyful. After exchanging their vows, Cynthia and Joseph continue their beautiful celebration at the India House. I could honestly say I’m so glad that their day turned out as wonderful as it did. Two beautiful souls such as theirs deserves nothing less.
