You can say their friendship really started over Mac and Cheese. Angela and JJ first met in the cafeteria of Villanova where their friends would meet weekly for lunch. He would have been blind not to notice the beautiful, kind, and lighthearted girl sitting next to him. Angela immediately made JJ feel welcomed by stealing the Mac and cheese off his plate. Truth be told, since that day, he always bought Mac and cheese in hopes she would want some. It was the start of a beautiful relationship!
Although the couple met and became good friends, nothing really happened until 2 years later. From the time they shared lunch at Villanova, they were both in a relationship, so the two always kept everything light and fun. But on one particular night, the stars had aligned and were in favor of JJ and Angela.
JJ came home from California to not only take a break from his studies but to celebrate his birthday. Angela and their friends met the birthday boy at one of the bars in Manayunk, where he learned that the Mac and cheese theft was no longer in a relationship. This was it, JJ was not going to loose the chance to be more than friends with the girl that stole his food and his heart.
I had such a wonderful time getting to know the sweet and adventurous couple! As we strolled through the ever-gorgeous gardens of Longwood, Angela and JJ shared their story and vision of their wedding. I am so excited to document their celebration this summer at the Greystone Hall adding to their beautiful love story.
