Meet the beautiful Melodie and Vince. The couple got engaged last summer in Ocean City, NJ. Melodie always thought that Vince would ask her to marry him around Christmas were their families would be present. However Vince decided to do it during a weekend trip when it was just the two of them. Completely unexpected and on the sandy beach of Ocean City, a nervous Vince went down on one knee to ask Melodie to marry him. She was surprised and of course said, “Yes!”. Even though it would have been nice to have family around, Melodie admits just how happy she was that it was just the two of them – it made it more personal and intimate. Congrats to this fabulous couple! I had such a great time getting to know the two at the ever-charming grounds of Longwood Gardens. And I’m very much looking forward to their wedding next year at the Flourtown Country Club.
