A beautiful blue eyed woman greeted me at the door. As I entered the room, I was looking for a nervous and frantic bride; I hadn’t realize that the person who welcomed me was Jaclyn. I should have known. She wore a huge smile and her eyes were lite with excitement. She was stunning. Being a few hundred miles apart, we haven’t had a chance to meet or grab a cup of coffee, but we were still familiar with each other through the countless emails and phone calls we’d exchanged. She was just as I pictured her, petite, sweet and energetic.
. . .
“Are you nervous?” I asked Jon, waiting to see the overwhelming emotions flood his face. He was laying his tux on the bed then reached for his cuff links when he abruptly stopped and gave me a striking smile, “No. I’m excited.” But I knew that smile meant more. It was a smile of a man who was marrying the woman of his dreams. Someone he will grow old with, sharing every second of his life with his best friend. I was in awe.

Jon and Jaclyn’s wedding was held a the beautiful Woodloch Resort in Hawley, PA. Their ceremony was held by the lake, followed by a fun-filled reception at the Woodloch. I am so glad that my first wedding was with Jon and Jaclyn. They were so sweet and genuine. Thank you for allowing me to capture your day. I wish you guys nothing but love, happiness and health!
