When Benton was invited to his friend’s pool party, he didn’t know he would be meeting the woman of his dreams, Amanda. It wasn’t the first time that he’s seen her around, but it would be the first time that he would make an effort to talk to her. After talking and getting to know Amanda, he found himself falling head over heels for her. It didn’t take long for Benton to know that Amanda was his one. A few months later, Benton asked Amanda to marry him during a family visit in Arkansas at Mount Magazine.

Last weekend, I had the honor of capturing Amanda and Benton’s wedding. They had a beautiful ceremony at Our lady of the assumption church, followed by a beautiful winter reception at the Stony Hill Inn. I already knew how sweet and genuine Amanda and Benton were, but what I admire most about them was how giving and caring they are for others. I learned of instead of getting party favors for their guests, they donated their money to Hurricane Sandy victims!
